We have received feedback from many of our customers and have been improving the plugin. Today we would like to tell you more about the plugin version 1.03 released just before Christmas. Do not let the small increment in numbers fool you, the changes are big! Here are the changes since the inital 1.0 release:
Better Java Handling
We are constantly improving our platform to work with all sorts of environments and operating systems. We have made several improvements in the handling of Java and added guidance to the users in case Java is not available.
Improved UI
The user interface has been overhauled. Now it is much clearer for the end user to understand how to start recording. Inserting videos is a breeze.
* Record Video button added to the tool bar in issues
* Recording window has better placement of buttons
* Added Delete button for unwanted videos
Additional Tools & Resources for Admins
Admins are able to restrict the plugin for specific user roles. This makes trialing the application easy if you are handling sensitive information and only want to train a handful of people to start with.
We have added a additional “Getting Started” page for admins after they install the plugin. It contains all the relevant information for fully evaluating the software during your trial.
